He is also involved with other aspects of the Company’s business including marketing and capital raising activities. Jeff has developed, acquired, held and managed real estate for more than 30 years. He's Completed numerous successful real estate projects exceeding $1 Billion in value, including multi-family, office, light industrial as well as developed and operated residential sub-divisions. He started his career in the Financial Services Industry where he successfully grew and sold a financial services marketing company to Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company.
Jeff completed his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Finance and earned his Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO. He resides in Heber City, Utah with his wife Shelley. They have five married children and 19 grandchildren.
