As a Principal and Managing Partner, of Chartwell Capital Partners, Grant is responsible for leading capital raising efforts and investor relations. He is also involved with other aspects of the Company’s business including strategic planning, branding, marketing and deal sourcing. Grant has spent 8 years in various aspects of real estate beginning as an Analyst for Chartwell Capital Partners in 2015. Majority of his Real Estate experience has been on the marketing and brokerage side of Residential Real estate in the Park City, UT area with numerous personal investments including numerous profitable land deals, and building and selling spec homes.
In addition to Grant's Real Estate experience he founded Midway Painting Company. He started the company in June of 2021 and has generated $8.6M in total revenue making it the fastest growing painting company out of the gates in the state of UT within the last 30 years. The company has 50+ employees and anticipates revenue of $15-20M in 2024 making it among the largest in UT within 3.5 years of operating.
Grant studied Entrepreneurial Management at BYU. He resides in Midway, Utah with his wife Nike and their two young
children where they love to ski, snowmobile, boat and golf.
