Bryce serves as Chief Operating Officer of Chartwell, where he oversees firm operations and drives execution across acquisitions, development, and asset management. With more than a decade of experience in multifamily real estate, he brings a rigorous, disciplined approach to sourcing opportunities, structuring deals, and managing assets through every stage of the investment lifecycle.
Bryce has a strong track record of translating complex market and operational challenges into clear, profitable strategies – an approach that reflects his deep commitment to protecting and growing investor capital over the long term. His expertise spans underwriting, entitlements, risk assessment, and asset-level decision making, with a consistent focus on sustainable value creation.
Prior to Chartwell, Bryce was an Associate at Trammell Crow Residential, where he focused on the acquisition, entitlement, and development of institutional multifamily projects. He subsequently served as Director of Development at Inspire Development, where he led a $750 million pipeline spanning multifamily, single-family residential, mixed-use, and horizontal development.
Bryce holds a Bachelor degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis and a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His end-to-end experience across the real estate lifecycle reinforces Chartwell’s commitment to disciplined capital deployment and sustained returns for its investors.
